3. Activate Your Account: You’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your registration online.

 The ManageMyHealth website is hosted in a secure environment in New Zealand and uses encryption technology (similar to internet banking) to protect your data.

I Can’t Activate My Account

• Double-check your activation code and email address.

• Verify your date of birth matches what’s registered with the clinic.

• Ensure you’ve accepted the Terms and Conditions.

• If issues persist, email support@managemyhealth.co.nz with your full name, date of birth, email address, and clinic details.

 
Where Are My Test Results?
Your GP needs to review and file test results before they appear in your account. This process may take some time. If you have questions, send a secure message to your GP or contact us directly.
